Electronic Registration is now open! Join the fun!
Whether you're a returning family or new family joining the Saybrook Swim Team, the registration process is simple and takes only a few minutes.
Please be sure to register ALL of your swimmers at once.
On the website (www.saybrooksharks.org), click Start Registration under HOME in the upper left corner. Select the blue “register now” button on the bottom of the registration box. On the next page select the second choice ”I am not sure” and enter the email address we have on file from last year and you will create your initial password. If you are new family enter the email address you want to have on file and then establish a Billing Account with the Team.
For returning families, your account should have each of your swimmer's information already present. Disregard the middle name box and you can skip the part that asks for Insurance Information but make sure your emergency contact is correct. Also, there an area that asks you to "Register this member to a group" that group is called SWIM TEAM. Please check that box and you will be able to continue. You will be requested to pay during the last step of the registration process. We are only offering the Pay by Check option. Once you click on that, you will get your family invoice with the amount that you owe.
To complete your registration, you will drop off a copy of the invoice, your check , the Family Medical Waiver, and two copies of the Naperville Swim Conference Waiver per swimmer to Dawn Roche. Once we receive all of this, you will be sent an approval email and you will be granted access to your own private account for the Team. Your private account is your one-stop-shop for maintaining your contact information, declaring for swim meets, signing up for jobs, interactively tracking your kids times, and much more. Just click on the link below and you be brought directly to the registration page on our team's website.

For returning families, you have until May 5/9 to register. After that date, you will be assessed a $50 late registration fee per family.
We will send an email soon regarding Volunteer Sign Up. It will give you information on the date and time that registration for jobs will be open.
